Mission Statement

From the Founder

As a mother of two children under the age of five, despite our solid incomes, our family has struggled to find and pay for childcare in the Napa Valley but found the cost and service to be completely necessary. Most families now require dual incomes to stay at a ‘middle class’ level in California and we no longer follow the antiquated model of having the woman stay at home to care for the children. Instead, we are forced to pretend our children don’t exist before the age of five.

Similarly, childcare providers are struggling to stay open amidst the rising costs of living within the Napa Valley and the subsequent labor shortage. Without federal funding, daycare centers struggle with insurance costs, stringent rules, and the cost of employeeing a large number of teachers.

The time is now to make a change, and I am committed to doing my part to make the lives of teachers and parents just a little bit easier.
